The prof.ITplus Customer Relationship Management (CRM) module is the ultimate sales tool for proactive co-ordination and communication with existing and potential customers. It is fully integrated with the prof.ITplus software and it is able to keep a record and inform users of all levels of communication between themselves and their customers, in a single clear screen.
The software allows you to log and view customer information such as telephone calls, appointments, quotations and forecasted sales from a single display screen. This information can then form the basis for strategic sales and marketing activities by targeting specific customer needs.
To manage this information and ensure that communication is followed up instead of being written down and forgotten about or delayed, as is often the case on a manual system, all entries are assigned an 'event'. This demands a response and closure from the user at a defined time, alerting you with a pre-set alarm reminder if required. At the same time, CRM can effectively and efficiently plan your daily, weekly or monthly work activity through an integrated diary system. This also means that should a colleague take a call for you about one of your customers, they can log the information in the CRM, update your diary and create an 'event' indicating to you that a response call to your customer is required.
Return on investment is optimised using the CRM module as sales calls or the distribution of marketing material is recorded on CRM. This can then be used to gauge the return in terms of enquiries received or sales orders made: it can indicate which campaigns worked well and which areas can be improved.
