OGL Offsite Recovery’s Data Centre provides the highest level data protection available in the UK. The Data Centre is Category Tier-IV aligned, an unsurpassed accreditation for a UK data centre, and it is based in the Midlands in close proximity to OGL Computer’s HQ, Worcestershire.

The Offsite Recovery disaster recovery solution provides a backup of data, applications, operating systems and e-mail on a nightly basis to the safety of OGL’s Data Centre. The data is securely stored within the Data Centre in OGL’s SANs (Storage Area Networks), ready for access within 24 hours in the event of a disaster.

The Data Centre provides:

Maximum security manned guarding and access granted by pre-booking only, requiring verification of government-issued ID
Anti-Ram bollards, 24/7 CCTV and Perimeter Fencing
High-specification fire detection and fire suppressant systems
Power generators with a week’s fuel supply and fuel supply agreements
