OGL have a dedicated team of Installation Engineers with expertise in the Windows and Linux environments. Working in tandem with the R & D Team, these engineers can focus on integrating the latest technology with your current IT infrastructure.

Projects can be as simple as upgrading a handful of Windows XP PCs to Windows 7, to fully managed server migration with zero downtime.

As with all OGL staff, the Installation Engineers receive ongoing training with our key partners including HP and Microsoft. Plus, running a dedicated team for installations means that our Reactive Support Team can focus totally on meeting response times for support calls.
