prof.ITplus Mobile Applications have been specifically designed to help reduce picking and dispatch errors, and increase the general efficiency of your warehouse operations. Rugged hand-held terminals are provided, with either batch updates via a docking station or real-time updates with wireless communications.

The Mobile Stock Take application will allow you to quickly count and update stock levels, with selection criteria enabling you to limit the stock check to a particular product group, product, or bin if required. Fully configurable through administrator controlled parameters, the user can simply scan the barcode and enter a count, or multi-scan items to reduce the likelihood of miscounts.

Quickly update stock transfers between locations with prof.ITplus Mobile Applications. Either scan or enter the issuing location, stock code, and then batch number if required, and confirm the quantity. Once the stock has been relocated, scan or enter the new location and update - the stock transfer is confirmed with a full audit trail recording issues and receipts with the user login ID and time.

Purchase Order Receipt - Simply enter the purchase order to be received and scan the items and batch details. Products can be multi-scanned or quantities entered by hand; alternatively if your barcodes include pack quantities then these will automatically be updated. An optional check can be made before stock receipts are confirmed, or stock levels can be updated immediately.

After selecting the order to be picked, the user is presented with goods in bin number sequence, ensuring that the most appropriate picking route is followed. Location, batch number, and stock code are scanned and the pick quantities entered. Picking can be suspended if required to allow flexibility within the warehouse.

To further reduce the likelihood of shipping errors, dispatch can be restricted to only items marked as picked. Stock is scanned on dispatch and compared to the picked quantity. If unpicked or incorrect stock is scanned, the user is prompted to check.
