Using proven technology, an OGL consultant visits your site and carries out a 'proof of concept' test, ensuring that recovery procedures are in place to implement as and when necessary.
Data is backed up on an ongoing basis to a network attached storage (NAS) device which can then be utilised in conjunction with a loan server to get you up and running with minimum downtime.
Subject to our proof of concept test an OGL engineer can usually get your loan server up and running within 30 minutes of arriving on site, providing an exact emulation of your failed server.
