The Customer Relationship Management (CRM) module within prof.ITplus has been developed to increase sales and enhance customer service.

CRM records all communication to and from the customer in a single clear screen, automatically combining information on sales enquiries, sales order processing and the sales ledger, reducing double entry of data and increasing efficiency.

All entries are assigned an ‘event’ which demands a response and closure from the user at a defined time, optimising sales opportunities and enabling more effective marketing.
