OGL Computer is one of the largest employers in Wyre Forest, employing around 250 staff across its two sites in Kidderminster and Stourport-on-Severn. Active in the Community
We play a significant role in supporting local charities and community projects as well as working closely with local education providers to develop the IT skills of the future.
We offer a variety of staff development and career progression opportunities, actively encouraging individuals who show potential to move through the business to achieve their career goals. We have a number of success stories where individuals joined the Company in a junior role and have gone on to become managers. 2014 saw the launch of a new training and development programme for team leaders and managers which will impact across the business over the coming months and years.
Work Experience Placements
