We are currently seeking an enthusiastic 1st Line Technical Engineer to join our dynamic and expanding Technical Support Team at our offices in Kidderminster.
You will be the first point of contact for OGL customers, so we’re looking for someone who is passionate about giving great customer service. As a 1st Line Engineer, you’ll support our customer’s IT hardware, software and cloud infrastructure remotely. You’ll be required to complete detailed and accurate call records, leading to fault analysis and resolution.
