A huge congratulations to Adam L'Huillier, who is the latest member of staff to join the Long Service Club after recently celebrating his 15th anniversary at OGL. Adam was sent an Amazon eVoucher, engraved glass award and a silver pin badge from Neil Morris on behalf of all the Directors.
Adam looks back on the last 15 years:
“I joined on 5th June 2005 with virtually no sales or IT experience. Due to this, I went through a gruelling interview process which included doing a role play with Lee Reece and Neil Morris, and the classic “sell me this pen” with Jan Walsh. I spent eight years in New Business selling IT support contracts, then in 2013 moved into Technical Account Management. Since 2017, I have looked after the technical side of the account for our Software customers which seems to be a great fit for me.
“It is difficult to say what my favourite aspect of the job is without sounding cheesy and repeating what everyone else says, but… I still get a buzz about signing up business, whether that be a 1k order or a target buster! I have to say that I rarely laugh as much as I do in the office when the “friendly banter” is flying around, it’s just as well we’re all thick skinned sales professionals!
“My biggest achievement has to be being top salesman in our department last year."
