What actually happens once you’ve successfully transitioned to OGL?

Regular visits from your Account Manager

After your transition period, we will introduce you to your dedicated Account Manager who will work with you to ensure that your IT infrastructure and services are meeting the needs of your business. They’ll also offer ongoing service reviews, advice and guidance.

IT and the provision for future business technology is a necessity for any modern business. Utilising technology is a key way to put yourself ahead of the competition. Your Account Manager will keep you abreast of developing workplace technology and offer recommendations that can drive your business forward.

As a responsible IT partner, we also endeavour to let you know of any general issues that may arise, such as warnings of common security threats, information on your products and services and hints and tips on how to keep your IT infrastructure safe and secure.

Workshop repair service

IT hardware unavoidably needs repairs and fixes from time-to-time. Our experienced engineers operate from a state-of-the-art IT workshop to test, diagnose and repair hardware. We also offer a loan equipment service whereby we will deliver and install replacement kit, whilst yours is in our workshop. We’re always thinking of our customers and how to minimise disruption and downtime.
