A huge congratulations to Craig Fleetwood who is the latest member of staff to join the Long Service Club having recently celebrated his 10th anniversary at OGL. Craig was presented with an Amazon eVoucher and engraved glass trophy from Neil Morris on behalf of all the Directors.
Craig looks back on the last 10 years:
“I started at OGL as a Field Engineer doing a mixture of desktop and server calls as well as the odd server and WatchGuard installation. I stayed in that role for around 2 years and joined the Out of Hours team during this time. I then moved into Hosted Services to work in the Offsite Backup team. I worked in OSB for around five years and then moved over to be Tech Lead within the VDI team.
“Throughout all my roles within OGL my favourite aspect has been being able to help others; it is rewarding to assist and resolve problems for customers and engineers. My biggest achievement during this time would be passing my Asigra qualifications (ACA, ACP and ACE) due to the amount of exams and proctored tests that were required."
Rachel Seagrove, Craig's manager, congratulates him on his 10 years at OGL:
"Craig has been fundamental in the development of the cDesktop team as the Technical Lead. His calm and steady approach to any issue brings a calming influence to the team. I’d like to say thank you for your dedication to the Hosted team over the past few years and good luck with the new team."
