Working in our Software Delivery team, we are looking for someone who loves analyzing data, enjoys working with customers and is keen to be part of a busy division in an exciting period of growth.

Within this role you will be an integral part of the implementation process and supported by our Senior Data Migration Analysts. Working in conjunction with the Project Leader and Software Training Consultants, you will be responsible for the accurate and timely migration of customer data.

Full training will be provided, however you should enjoy the fact that you’ll be spending a lot of time with data, using your analytical approach to ensure accurate data manipulation to migrate data from various software packages. As part of the role you will also ensure the smooth transfer to our bespoke ERP system, prof.ITplus within timescales, quality checking to satisfy our customers’ needs.

As you will be migrating data from various software packages, this will be your opportunity to improve upon your programming knowledge and experience of working with large volumes of data, data transfer packages or file structures.

Key Responsibilities...

  • Accurate and timely migration of customer data
  • Complete comprehensive data transfers/migration from various software packages into our flagship software, prof.ITplus
  • Plan and communicate the data migration to customers, ensuring they are kept updated throughout the process 
  • Work closely and collaborate with Sales, Account Management, Software Development and Software Support

Skills & Experience...

  • Good all-round skills in Microsoft Office with a particular emphasis on Microsoft Excel/Access
  • Any experience with business software, back office, stock control or Point of Sale is desirable but not essential. e.g. Sage Line 50
  • Well organised
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Detail focussed
