Detonation Report: Apple Vulnerability

Friday 8 December

It’s that time again for Detonation Friday, our threat team haven’t seen anything of major interest this week but there have been some heated debates about the latest vulnerability in Apple’s High Sierra Operating system. It is rumoured that there is one bug per 1000 lines of code, with an estimated 50,000,000 lines of code in Windows 10 that leaves 50,000 bugs waiting to be exposed.

This was a big one though and below is a report from Scott Willmott who works in our Threat Intelligence Team Unit 12.
