We are looking to recruit a Junior Account Manager to join our Sales department based at our offices in Kidderminster. The role is ideal for an individual currently working in an Internal Account Management role wanting to make the transition into a field-based External Account Management role.
By providing and advising our customers on a selection of end-user hardware, security products and associated licences, you’ll be protecting, increasing efficiencies and adding value to their business alongside building and maintaining a trusted partnership.
Working in the Account Management team, you will be fully supported with on-the-job-training provided by our in-house IT and Sales Trainers as you develop in your role. But your learning doesn’t stop there, regular vendor days, e-learning and in-house coaching are available to make sure that you stay at the very top of your game.
You’ll need a passion for both sales and customer service, to ensure we maintain the high-quality service we’ve offered for over 40 years, and the enthusiasm to embrace new technologies in a fast-moving, progressive environment.
