Founded OGL in August 1976
Role Paul launched OGL Computer in 1976, then known as Oliquip, with support from his wife Pam. The company was set up to sell Olivetti typewriters and associated equipment. Paul has done a remarkable job of steering the company to its current position as a supplier of cutting edge business software, IT solutions and cyber security to over 1,200 businesses. Today, Paul remains at the head of OGL and works tirelessly on the strategic direction of the business, along with his Board of Directors, to offer our customers everything they expect from a premier technology company.

Role Neil has an encyclopaedic knowledge of all things OGL having joined the Company back in 1980. Neil uses his experience to advise and consult teams within OGL to ensure best practise on a whole range of matters from marketing, recruitment and sales, through to industry legislation. Neil does a lot of work in the community and is currently Chairman of ReWyre, an organisation dedicated to the ongoing success of businesses in Worcestershire’s Wyre Forest region.
Time away from the office is spent Cycling in the countryside and watching rugby, particularly the internationals.

Role Ashok is in charge of all things financial to ensure the Company retains its financially stable, privately-owned status. The Company is in the midst of a significant building project to completely renovate the OGL site to create modern workspaces and a brand-new customer centre; Ashok is overseeing the project to ensure the investment delivers what our staff and customers need.
Time away from the office is spent Watching West Bromwich Albion with his son, both on TV and at The Hawthorns. Also enjoys spending time with his whole family doing family things.
Favourite holiday destination Loves all parts of America and would like to spend more time there.

Role Paul is our technical mastermind who has an exceptional understanding of workplace technology and how to harness its power to deliver first-class IT solutions for our customers. Paul prides himself on being the chief innovator at OGL and is known as our ‘ideas man’. Paul is currently overseeing a multi-million pound investment to the OGL Cloud.
Time away from the office is spent Enjoying all things sporty but with a wife and twin girls in the house, ballroom is now more his thing!
Favourite holiday destination Marbella.
