We’re expanding our Implementation Team to help consult with customers and implement our software into their business. You’ll be making a difference to small businesses across the UK, helping them digitally transform their operations and stay competitive.
This is a fast-paced role that demands excellent communication and teamwork; you’ll need to build trust with the customer and effectively collaborate with teams across the business. You’ll be required to take ownership of your assigned implementation projects, so you’ll need to be driven and determined to succeed, always going the extra mile for our customers.
The Project Leader is the important bridge between the customer and the Software Implementation team. You’ll be our customers’ point of contact, so excellent communication skills are an essential aspect of the role. A smooth journey throughout the project life cycle is important to help build a strong relationship with our new customers and you’ll play a pivotal role in successfully implementing and transitioning our customers to our software.
From initial planning, to customer training on the newly installed software, you’ll be the key driver of the project ensuring all customer requirements are delivered, that training is scheduled and delivered on time and that the overall customer experience from project start to finish is exceptional.
