Authored by our in-house team of Developers, our new business management software is designed to streamline and improve efficiencies of wholesalers and distributors. We’re looking for passionate and focused individuals to join our supportive and friendly implementation team that strive to exceed customer expectation and represent OGL Software in the industry.

We’re expanding our Implementation Team to help consult with customers and implement our software into their business. You’ll be making a difference to small businesses across the UK, helping them digitally transform their operations and stay competitive.

This is a fast-paced role that demands excellent communication and teamwork; you’ll need to build trust with the customer and effectively collaborate with teams across the business. You’ll be required to take ownership of your assigned implementation projects, so you’ll need to be driven and determined to succeed, always going the extra mile for our customers.

The Project Leader is the important bridge between the customer and the Software Implementation team. You’ll be our customers’ point of contact, so excellent communication skills are an essential aspect of the role. A smooth journey throughout the project life cycle is important to help build a strong relationship with our new customers and you’ll play a pivotal role in successfully implementing and transitioning our customers to our software.

From initial planning, to customer training on the newly installed software, you’ll be the key driver of the project ensuring all customer requirements are delivered, that training is scheduled and delivered on time and that the overall customer experience from project start to finish is exceptional.

Key Responsibilities...

  • Take ownership of the Project Leader role, adopting our philosophy for ongoing improvement. Work with the team to streamline the implementation processes and framework
  • Ensure customer projects adhere to our implementation framework and are delivered within budget and in line with services purchased
  • Take ownership of the overall project. Through solid communication and collaboration, build customer relations and define and manage expectations throughout the lifecycle of the project
  • Coach and guide customers and team colleagues to achieve the desired outcome for each project milestone, ensuring a positive Go Live.

Skills & Experience...

  • Previous experience of managing a project/multiple projects involving multiple internal and external stakeholders
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional administration and planning skills
  • Maintain project plans and documentation
  • Experience of project management tools is desirable
  • Effortlessly juggle multiple projects and conflicting and changing priorities
  • Build and maintain good positive relationships
  • Applicants must hold a full, clean driving licence, travelling to customer sites will be required
  • Familiarity of stockist and distributor software, accounts, CRM, ERP or SAP would be desirable
  • Formal Project Management Qualifications are desirable but not necessary
