Software Co-ordinator

Opportunity Overview...

We are offering a fantastic opportunity for a Co-ordinator to join our Software division on a fixed-term basis, initially for 9-months.

This role is all about teamwork and supporting the Software Development and 3rd Line Support team during an exciting period of growth, so the ideal candidate will enjoy admin, like a challenge and have a passion for learning, development and progression.

You will be responsible for overseeing customer support incidents & projects through to conclusion by way of effective co-ordination, excellent customer service and clear communication, ensuring customer satisfaction at all times in line with operational targets. This means you’ll need a flexible approach to the role, with the ability to work under pressure with meticulous attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities...

  • Administration tasks e.g. assisting with projects and customer quotations
  • Manage phone and email enquiries
  • Ensuring all projects are updated
  • Managing the project planner
  • Ensuring customers are kept updated during the lifecycle of their Development project
  • Be responsible for incident co-ordination for the 3rd Line team and ensure aged incidents are maintained
  • When required courtesy call customers with progress

Skills & Experience...

  • Some experience and/or skills within an admin environment is desirable but not essential
  • Confident with Microsoft Office, in particular Excel, Word and Microsoft Outlook 
  • A commitment to create a first class customer service environment
  • An excellent telephone manner and good communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills and a methodical approach
  • Experience of working in a team environment
