We offer everything from cutting-edge cloud-based infrastructures to simple IT support packages
Some customers will be looking for a full strategic IT partnership, while others will be wanting a more basic package. Either is fine by us – we have lots of customers at both ends of the spectrum and even more in between.
Our strategic IT Partnerships
Think of us as an extension to your workforce. IT is only going to become an even greater part of any modern business and, by working together, we can ensure you have the right strategic partnership to enable this.
We’ll put the needs of your business first and do the right thing for your business – just as you would expect an employee of yours to do.
Examples of our IT partnerships
Fine Agrochemicals, Worcestershire
We’ve worked alongside Fine Agrochemicals since 2004. They are in the business of developing, manufacturing and marketing plant growth regulators for use in agriculture and horticulture. They have complex IT needs because they have employees and customers located in multiple time zones across the world who need reliable, constant access to real-time data. Their aim, by 2020, is to achieve a turnover of £25 million by strategically expanding their international product portfolio.
Over the last two years we have worked extensively with Fine Agrochemicals to overhaul their IT infrastructure to enable reliable 24 hour access to their data and applications from their offices in the UK (Worcestershire), America and Japan. Essential work to make their expansion strategy possible.

Joseph Ash Galvanizing, Halesowen
We began working with Joseph Ash Galvanizing in summer 2015 and it was clear that the Halesowen-based company were a force to be reckoned with in their industry and had embedded first class standards across their business.
The major challenge in upgrading their infrastructure was that of moving from an older physical server infrastructure that was running end of life operating systems. They wanted to move to a fully virtualised environment running the latest available operating systems but with limited internal understanding of virtualisation they required a forward-thinking company with extensive experience.
“The investment in our new infrastructure will provide us with a platform for future growth” said IT & Marketing Manager,
Mick Jackson. “We will be able to bring on-board and integrate new acquisitions, domains and systems much more efficiently now. The provision of a virtualised estate also allows us to test out new implementations prior to live roll out much more effectively. In working with OGL we have been able to upgrade our systems at a quicker pace than would have been possible doing the work in-house. Because of the excellent professionalism of OGL personnel we have been able to ‘learn as we go’ about the new systems during implementation. OGL staff took care to spend time with us explaining and educating our internal IT resource which has been invaluable.”

Our simple IT support packages
Not everyone wants, or needs, a complex IT strategy. You may have reasonably simple needs, perhaps because you’re a relatively small business, or maybe you simply do not need lots of technology to do what you do. Alternatively, you may have an in-house IT team of your own and are looking for a provider for just certain elements of your IT.
Whatever the situation, we know there are some businesses out there who want an IT partner to provide basic IT support to their end-users when issues arise and to provide IT hardware as and when needed.
It’s as simple as that for some companies, and we’d be very happy to assist.
