In 2026 we are celebrating our 50th anniversary in business, and as our business continues to grow, we’re looking for a shining star to join our Internal Sales Team and continue their sales career journey.

The role of Internal Sales Executive will be focused on arranging appointments for our External Software Consultants with prospective customers from our CRM database.

Working alongside our highly experienced Internal Sales Team, you will use your skills and experience to engage potential prospects and match their needs to the benefits of our ERP software, Profit4. We will develop a personalised training plan so you will have the necessary knowledge to be successful in the role and also receive the support of our existing Internal Sales Team that have many years of experience between them. You will work closely with our Market Intelligence & Lead Manager to ensure that all information you gather is recorded with a high degree of accuracy on our CRM to enable our Marketing Team to send targeted campaigns to generate sales opportunities.

You will often be the first point of contact with these potential prospects so creating that first great impression is important. You could be speaking with a range of people across the business from the Receptionist to the Business Owner so your ability to adapt your style and language to reflect the person you are speaking to is a key skill.

The role will follow a clearly defined career path giving you the opportunity to progress in your Sales career, if you wish.

Essential Skills & Experience
  • Experience of outbound calling in a high volume, targeted role
  • A professional and engaging telephone manner
  • Ability to interact confidently with potential prospects
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work as part of a team, with a common goal
  • Proactive, can-do attitude and behaviour
  • Ability to manage own workload to meet KPIs and targets

Desirable Skills & Experience
  • Business-to-business sales environment
  • Sales in the software supply industry

What you will be doing…
  • Make outbound calls to qualify prospects and securing meetings for our External Sales Consultants
  • Obtain and record key information about prospects promptly and with a high degree of accuracy on our CRM
  • Achieve qualification targets and data accuracy KPIs
  • Participate in sales training and conversation coaching
  • Participate in product training to build knowledge of Profit4
  • Carry out all related administrative tasks
