Our Telesales team just love talking to potential customers and learning all about their business. They are passionate and have a natural ability to communicate in an engaging, friendly, and professional manner over the phone.

Following the successful progression of one of our Appointment Makers into a Hybrid External Sales role, we are now looking for the next shining star to join our Telesales team and start their sales career journey.

Becoming a successful salesperson can take time; you not only have to learn your craft, but you need to learn all about our business, our products, and our customers too. Our apprenticeships have proven to deliver a great way to build your confidence, develop your knowledge and equip you with the tools you need to be an effective salesperson.

The role of the Telesales Apprentice will be focused on qualifying new potential prospects on our database by calling them to gather vital information and start building our knowledge about their business to support the Appointment Makers in securing meetings for our External Sales Consultants.

Working alongside our highly experienced Appointment Makers, you will learn key skills and techniques to engage potential prospects and match their needs to our software. With years of experience between them, you will have a solid support network around you. You will also work closely with our Market Intelligence & Lead Manager to ensure that all information you gather is recorded with high degrees of accuracy on our CRM to enable our Marketing team to send targeted campaigns and the Appointment Makers to identify relevant sales opportunities.

You will often be the first point of contact with these potential prospects, so creating that first great impression is so important. You could be speaking with a range of people across the business from the Receptionist to the Business Owner so your ability to adapt your style and language to reflect the person you are speaking to is a key skill.

The role will follow a clearly defined career path giving you the opportunity to progress to an Appointment Maker, Hybrid Sales role and ultimately, an External Sales Consultant, if that’s the path you want to take and you can demonstrate a passion and aptitude for the differing roles as you develop.
