OGL Computer understands the importance of hiring and training local talent and providing them with the technology skills that will help them pursue a long and successful career. The company regularly enrols new apprentices and is always looking out for enthusiastic individuals to join the team. Karen Hughes, OGL’s Technical Service Delivery Manager who oversees the apprentices, said: “We’re very proud to have been recognised as large employer of the year - it was a fantastic evening celebrating all the hard work of the county’s employers, apprentices and providers throughout the last year.
“We’re also proud of our apprentices who have worked hard and become an integral part of the team at OGL and our Apprentice Mentor, Natalie Watton, for guiding and supporting them through to graduation. It’s a pleasure to see our latest graduates progress in their career and we’re always looking for new apprentices to begin their journey with us."
