All apprenticeship candidates are interviewed by both our local apprenticeship providers and OGL to ensure team fit and are guided and supported by a dedicated mentor within OGL.

You will have a dedicated mentor who will offer constant on-hand advice and support ensuring you are happy and settled.
You will spend 80% of your apprenticeship on the job, learning everything you’ll need to know to progress. You’ll be hands-on with our teams, learning from the team and developing your skills at our Stourport office.
We have also developed an effective training plan tailored to the needs of both the organisation and our apprentices, part of which is comprehensive additional in-house training, delivered at OGL’s cost. This gives all apprentices high-level, often bespoke and sought-after learning opportunities to equip them both during and after their apprenticeship.
