A huge congratulations to Sam Evans who recently celebrated his 5-year Long Service milestone.
We caught up with Sam to find out more about his time at OGL so far:
"I first applied for a role within the accounts team however OGL responded with an opportunity to join the 1st Line team in the software department, an opportunity that I could not pass up. Shortly after joining the company I was given the chance to join the illustrious prof.ITplus User Support team, learning the ropes from the best of the best in customer support.
I would have to say the biggest achievement since joining OGL would be the rapid progression into the User Support team after 10 weeks of 1st Line experience, to which I have Alex Rose to thank for (reluctantly) agreeing to mentor me and Mikayla Price for putting up with me ever since.
An interesting and funny memory for me would have to be my first site visit to JLL Leach which inevitably resulted in building a fantastic rapport with Joy Downes, putting a face to the contacts we speak to day in day out really aids the relationship that we have with our customers, especially when they shower you in Gold Star feedback.
I have thoroughly enjoyed the first 5 years at OGL, working within software support and being part of the OGL family makes getting out of bed on a cold and wet Monday morning priceless. I look forward to what the next 5 years may have in store and to continue working with such an incredible group."

"Sam has developed an impressive understanding of prof.ITplus and Profit4, consistently staying ahead of the curve with system updates and new features. He is always willing to share knowledge with the team and customers alike. More recently Sam has been working a split role, dedicating time to both prof.ITplus and Profit4 customers, and even if Sam has time to spare, he can often be caught working with the Support team to help guide and mentor.
