At OGL, I’m responsible for…

My role at OGL is to support our customers and ensure they have everything they need to be as successful as possible. This ranges from being an escalation point where required as well as talking about the new features and solutions that OGL has to offer.

I also talk with our prof.ITplus customers about Profit4 and what benefits our newest ERP Software can offer. My experience on both prof.ITplus and Profit4 allows me to answer any questions our customers may have. 

The thing I’m most proud of in my job is.…

Seeing how OGL Software helps customers to streamline their business. Whether it's saving them time with certain processes, allowing them to have better visibility of quotes that aren’t being converted or applying better pricing structures to ensure a healthy margin, it's fantastic to see our customers grow.

People may not know that in my role…

I stay in regular contact with our Sales, Delivery, and Development teams so we are all aware of what is going on, which enables us to provide the best customer service that we can.

Before OGL I…

Was at high school – OGL has been my life ever since.
