A dedicated Project Leader
We always start the implementation process by really getting to know your business, including what are your current frustrations and what are your future goals.
You will have a dedicated Project Leader throughout the project who will create a detailed plan that leaves no stone unturned. We cover every aspect of the project in partnership with you to ensure a smooth, stress-free implementation.
We will configure Profit4 to support your business processes and ensure you approve the setup.
Innovative training modules designed around you
To kickstart your training journey, we will provide you with person-to-person remote training sessions where you can run through Profit4 and ask any questions.
Following your Project Commencement Meeting, you will be given access to our Profit4 Onboarding Portal, where you will find a range of Getting Started videos guiding you through the fundamentals of Profit4, along with self-study workbooks to support you in practising on the software.
Following this you will have 6 core training and consultant sessions.
The transition phase & going live
You will be prepared for go-live from day one of the project and throughout.
Your Implementation Consultant will be on hand throughout the day on your go-live date, to ensure you have dedicated support and a smooth live transition to Profit4.
Following go-live you will continue to be supported by your own dedicated Customer Success Manager.
