What did you do before joining OGL?
After completing Business Studies I went on to research potential apprenticeships. I came across OGL and was immediately drawn to the technical sales aspect of the business. I was fortunate enough to secure a position and spent six months working in this role before transitioning over to the software side of the business as an Internal Software Sales Consultant.

I was looking for a new venture in the world of sales.

I am a New Business Sales Consultant in a hybrid role. My responsibilities include generating appointments and conducting demonstrations.
What are you most proud of in your job?
Helping businesses in achieving greater efficiency and profitability. I take the time to work closely with our prospective customers to gain a thorough understanding of their unique business needs.
What’s the best thing you’ve learned during your time at OGL?
Building upon my sales skills and learning more about the industries we work with. By doing so, I can better understand the needs of our prospects and provide them with the best possible solutions.
What do you like most about working at OGL?
The people and the great sense of teamwork that we have. It truly makes coming to work enjoyable and creates a positive atmosphere.
I am also grateful for the support and training that I have received in order to progress within the company. It has been instrumental in my personal and professional growth.
What’s the best career advice you have been given?
Preserve and maintain a positive attitude, even in the face of challenges. It can be difficult at times, but it's important to keep pushing forward and striving for success.
What do you get up to at the weekend?
I enjoy watching Wolverhampton Wanderers play and spending time with friends and my girlfriend.
