What did you do before joining OGL?
I have spent the past 15 years working in marketing and events management for various businesses within the B2C and B2B sector.
How did you land your current role?
I was keen to progress my career so when the position of Marketing Manager at OGL came up I thought it would be a great opportunity. After an interview and presentation I was delighted to be offered the job to work here.
Tell us a bit about your role at OGL?
I am responsible for creating and delivering engaging customer communications to keep customers informed of new developments, interesting stories and wider updates. I work closely with the Customer Success Team to ensure that campaigns are delivered in a timely and effective manner, as well as supporting the Delivery, Support, Web and Development teams with putting together professional customer-facing materials and sending gifts to celebrate new customers going live!
What are you most proud of in your job?
I am most proud of the impact my marketing campaigns have had on the business.
What's the best thing you've learned during your time at OGL?
To never stop learning and growing.
What do you like most about working at OGL?
The people I get to work with and the flexibility OGL provides its staff with the home/work balance.
What's the best career advice you have been given?
The best way to do great work is to love what you do.
What do you get up to at the weekend?
When I’m not with my husband, three young children and two cats I can be found with friends at the theatre, or growing fruit and vegetables in my garden.

A primary school teacher like my mum.
