My Story

What did you do before joining OGL?

I was Head of Specialist Sales at Wavenet, responsible for a team of IT, Cloud and Cyber Security consultants that supported the sales teams on customer opportunities.

Tell us a bit about your role

As Head of New Business Sales, my focus is on our ‘go to market’ strategy, supporting the sales teams in winning new business and investigating new verticals for P4.  I work closely with our development, delivery and support teams to ensure that the transition for our customers from sale to ‘go-live’ is smooth and successful.

What are you most proud of in your job?

That I make a positive impact on the success of the team and that my skills and experience transfer to making my team members more effective sales-people.

What's the best career advice you have been given?

That your time as a sales-person is precious, spend it on people that are serious about doing business with you.

What do you get up to at the weekend?

I enjoy walking, golf, cricket and socialising with friends and family.
