What did you do before joining OGL?
I worked at a manufacturing company as an engineer, where I was a Tool Marker, Production Engineer as well as a Production Planner.
How did you land your current role at OGL?
I started as a prof.ITplus Trainer and moved on to become a prof.ITplus Account Manager in 2013. From there, I transitioned into New Business Sales where I sold prof.ITplus and was involved in the initial discussions when developing Profit4. I am proud to say that I was the first person to make a Profit4 sale.
Tell us a bit about your role at OGL
I meet with new customers every day and talk about how Profit4 can help businesses grow, explore new markets, become more efficient, and automate their processes.
One of my favourite parts of my job is forming new relationships and partnerships with companies. I believe in building long-term partnerships and staying in contact throughout the entire process.
What are you most proud of in your job?
Helping companies achieve and exceed their business goals.
What’s the best thing you’ve learned during your time at OGL?
Never assume and treat everybody with the same respect.
What do you like most about working at OGL?
I like being involved in the development of new features and showcasing them to potential customers. Additionally, I enjoy collaborating with various departments and individuals across the company.
Never stop learning, never rest of your laurels.
I enjoy supporting my football team, Wolverhampton Wanderers, playing golf and mountain biking with my friends, spending time and walking up mountains with my beautiful wife.
I have always wanted to work with new technology.
