The Expand option now shows nominal breakdowns for all transaction types, including cash and journals.
A new setting allows administrators to prevent users from overriding minimum quantities or product increments when entering quotes. If enabled, users are limited to predefined options like "Reset to Minimum" or "Increase/Reduce."
The same quantity override restriction introduced in Quotation Entry now applies to Sales Order Entry and Modelling, enforcing consistency.
The Purchase Invoice Reserve Report can now include unmatched invoices, helping reconcile nominal ledger values more accurately. A new checkbox enables this data to appear as a separate section or Excel sheet.
No direct changes, but quantity override prevention (if enabled) also applies during invoice entry.
A new permission setting controls which users can change supplier bank details, supporting fraud prevention efforts. All existing users have this access by default but should be reviewed.
It’s now possible to amend comments on archived return orders, improving flexibility when reviewing past records.
Enhanced password complexity and failed login handling have been introduced for security, including 12–16 character passwords and lockouts after 9 failed attempts. SQL export performance has also been improved with new settings for data limits and process control, allowing better handling of large exports.
