Quick Fire:

My last meal on earth: I love any Italian food, so my last meal would have to be spaghetti marinara

The album I'd take to a desert island: I love listening to music of all genres so I think it would be a desert island treat to have an 80's compilation album to listen to

The movie I could have on repeat: Breakfast at Tiffany's

On my bucket list: To go to New York on a shopping trip and to do a parachute jump

At OGL...

I work in the Software Account Management department and I am responsible for our software contract base. It is my responsibility to prepare, maintain and issue contracts for both new and existing software customers.  My role involves detailed reporting and analysis of call books, especially when it comes to contract renewals and amendments.  I interact with our accounts and account management teams for updates on a daily basis, and from this I am able to efficiently report to our senior management team.

The thing I’m most proud of in my job is.…

Being valued as a point of contact by my colleagues.  I have been with OGL for over six years and have built up a wealth of experience dealing with every day issues to the more complex challenges faced in various roles. I am able to proactively support people in finding the right solution for the task at hand and responding appropriately.

People may not know that in my role...

I take responsibility for collating, maintaining and reporting on the financial figures for the Software Division within OGL.

Before OGL I…

Worked as a legal secretary in the family / care department at a local Worcestershire firm for about 15 years. This included a lot of audio typing, preparing court bundles for counsel and also attending Worcester County Court as a para-legal.

What I like most about working at OGL is…

The people. Everyone is friendly and always willing to help. OGL remains a family run company and you can still feel that even at the size to which we have grown, everyone supports each other personally and professionally, nothing is too much trouble.

The best career advice I’ve been given...

“It’s not what you achieve it’s what you overcome”

When I was growing up...

My dad had his own family business and myself and my sister always wanted to help in the office, this gave me the passion to pursue a career as a secretary.

Away from the office you’ll find me….

With family and friends enjoying a glass of wine!
