Streamline your workflow like never before with the Outlook integration; transfer emails and email content into Profit4. Whether you're in the process of creating sales orders, generating quotes, crafting purchase orders or managing tasks and new customers, our Outlook integration ensures that information seamlessly populates from your Outlook account into Profit4.
When a user selects an email the Outlook integration will be able to identify companies and contacts using either the to or from email address. If one or more contact is found, then the user will be able to select which contact is linked to the email. If a contact cannot be identified, the user will have the ability to create a basic customer record in Profit4, pre-populating the name and email details.
When adding a sales order, purchase order or quote you can populate customer or supplier details from your identified contact. You can then launch in your browser to open Profit4, providing you with the full order-entry experience. You will also be able to attach a copy of the email to the document as well as to the customer or supplier.
Profit4 will fully integrate with WooCommerce, Adobe Commerce, Shopify, BigCommerce, EKM Powershop and GOb2b websites.
