Sharon joined the company in 1988 and her journey has seen her take on many roles within the organisation during that time.  This hands-on experience has shaped Sharon’s passion and enthusiasm for putting our customers and employees at the heart of what we do.

Sharon drives the operational strategy of the business spanning all aspects of customer engagement from onboarding to ongoing support, as well as product development to ensure our services remain aligned to the ever-changing needs of our customers and the wider market.

She thrives on the success of others and actively encourages individuals to achieve their own career aspirations. Her natural supportive character creates a positive working environment that celebrates individual achievements and enables both staff and customers to prosper.

Away from the office, her personal life revolves around her daughter’s equestrian pursuits and her love of spending time with her sister and niece in London.
