The highly anticipated, in-person celebration will take place on 21 Janurary, 2027, in Birmingham, where the very best performing individuals and teams across the sales profession will be recognised.
The National Sales Awards celebrate more than just numbers; they honour the dedication, perseverance, and passion that drive true business growth. Nominees face a rigorous evaluation by a panel of 50 independent judges, ensuring the highest standards of fairness and transparency. Out of more than 250 nominations nationwide, OGL Software has secured a spot in three major categories.
This category honours exceptional individuals early in their sales career who demonstrate rapid growth and future leadership potential. Alex’s outstanding initiative, adaptability, and customer focused mindset have made a massive contribution to our team. Alex is a great example of what OGL Software stands for. As a family-owned business, we value loyalty, progression and doing right by our customers, and Alex, having progressed from support to sales, has lived those values throughout his 10 years with us.

Richard has been named as a finalist in "Business Development Manager of the year" category.
This individual award celebrates excellence in identifying new opportunities, nurturing relationships over time, having a deep understanding of a prospect’s business and understanding how to resolve customer pain points with the right solution. Richard has rightly earned this national spotlight by proving he can add value to a business owner, not just through his expertise on Profit4, but by sharing his considerable knowledge of how a successful wholesale business operates.
