A huge congratulations to James Russell who recently celebrated his 5-year Long Service milestone.
James's manager, Rebecca Willitts, commented:
I first met James Russell when I joined the business last year, shortly after he moved from Support/Development Clinic Role into the Technical Support team as part of the newly created third-line Profit4 role.
James works with quiet confidence, but he is very much a go-to person (after Adam, of course) for Profit4 bridge and Artie in third-line support. His extensive knowledge of Profit4, combined with his consistently positive attitude when tackling issues, makes him an incredibly valued member of the team. Everyone appreciates having James involved in their cases, knowing they are in capable hands.
James is always the first to support junior consultants and approaches every challenge head-on. Not only is he a Profit4 stationery wizard, but he is also generous with his expertise, taking the time to share his knowledge and help others grow.
Five years with OGL is an amazing achievement, James. I look forward to seeing what you continue to accomplish in Support in the future.

James came to us from the Data Transfer team, where he quickly built a strong reputation and, to this day, remains an authority on developing advanced document templates. He stepped into his Support Developer role with energy and enthusiasm and has consistently grown and expanded his skill set. Working within the 3rd line support team, his insight, commitment, and positive attitude have helped us resolve some of our most complex and challenging customer issues. I’m excited to see how James continues to grow in this role and beyond.
