Congratulations to Kevin Wrench who is celebrating his 5-year long service milestone this week.

We caught up with Kevin to find out more about his time at OGL so far:
"I started at OGL on 19 April 2021, working on 2nd Line Bridge. I’d been at my previous employment for 21 years, so moving after having been somewhere for such a long time was quite daunting, but I was made to feel welcome, and this really helped me adapt to life at OGL. After 3/4 months into my time on Support, I was approached about a role as an Implementation Consultant. Again, I was nervous about this, having never worked in anything close to this type of role, but I enjoy working with customers and seeing them making the most of their investment in our software.
After being at OGL for almost a year I took over the implementation of prof.ITplus WMS and then also began learning Profit4. Along the way I’ve also spent 12 months working with development as a UI/UX Designer before returning to the Delivery Team and I now train customers on Profit4, Profit4 WMS & occasionally prof.ITplus WMS. I’ve been fortunate to have had a variety of experiences at OGL and I think it’s genuinely helped me develop my confidence, self-assurance and also made me push myself beyond what I believed I could achieve."
Kevin's manager, Lauren Bennett added: "This month, we’re celebrating Kevin Wrench reaching five years with OGL Software, which is a fantastic milestone and one I’m pleased to recognise.
Over the past five years, Kevin has built up a strong and varied understanding of OGL, our software, and our customers. He’s worked across a number of areas, including Customer Support, Delivery, and Product Engineering, which has given him a well‑rounded perspective across the business. Kevin is always willing to get involved, support others, and apply his experience wherever it’s needed.
Kevin consistently receives positive feedback from customers, particularly around his calm and patient approach to training. Customers often comment on how approachable he is, how relaxed he makes sessions feel, and how he takes the time to reinforce learning, so everyone feels confident in what they’ve been shown.
Reaching five years at OGL is a real achievement and reflects Kevin’s commitment and consistent contribution to the team. I’d like to personally thank Kevin for everything he’s brought to OGL over the years, and I’m really looking forward to continuing to work with him as part of the team.
Congratulations, Kevin and thank you for all that you do."
