We caught up with Sally to find out more about her time at OGL so far:

"I can't believe that five years have passed so quickly! Reflecting on my time at OGL, one of the things that stands out most is the people. Throughout my journey, I have received an incredible amount of support from colleagues across the business. The collaborative culture at OGL is unlike anything I have experienced before. Whether it's sharing knowledge, offering guidance, or helping each other through busy periods, there is a genuine willingness to support one another.
One of the highlights of my career at OGL has been the opportunity to broaden my experience by moving into a role within Software Support, working alongside Emma Neesham. This gave me valuable insight into another area of the business and allowed me to develop new skills and perspectives. The support and knowledge shared by Emma helped me settle into the role quickly, and I thoroughly enjoyed working with her and the opportunity to expand my understanding of both our products and customers.
OGL has always encouraged me to continue developing professionally. My managers have supported me in exploring new opportunities, undertaking training, and expanding my knowledge of Profit4. This investment in personal and professional development has enabled me to better support customers and gain a deeper understanding of their businesses and requirements. The opportunities available to learn, grow, and challenge yourself are a significant part of what makes working at OGL both rewarding and varied.
My journey with OGL began through a recommendation from my sister, Sam Griffiths, who many colleagues will know. Hearing about her positive experiences, career progression, and the opportunities available within the company made OGL an organisation I was keen to join.
As I look back on the past five years, I feel incredibly grateful for the opportunities I have been given and the people I have worked alongside.
I would like to extend a special thank you to Debbie Barton, Sharon Moreno, and Emma Porter for giving me the opportunity to join OGL. Their belief in me helped start a journey that has been both rewarding and enjoyable, and I look forward to what the future holds.
Sally's manager, Lauren Bennett, added: "This month, we're celebrating Sally Griffiths' five-year anniversary with OGL Software, a fantastic milestone and one that I'm delighted to recognise.
Over the past five years, Sally has been a valued member of the Delivery team. She has successfully delivered numerous implementations, helping our customers adopt our software confidently and achieve their business objectives.
Sally's knowledge and willingness to support both customers and colleagues have had a positive impact across the business. Her positive approach to delivering successful implementations are appreciated by everyone who works with her.
When reflecting on her time at OGL, one of Sally's highlights has been working within such a supportive and family-like team. The strong relationships she has built and the way colleagues support one another every day have played a significant part in her journey with OGL.
Reaching five years at OGL is a wonderful achievement and a testament to Sally's consistent contribution to both the team and our customers. I'd like to personally thank Sally for everything she has contributed over the years and look forward to continuing to work with her in the future.
Congratulations, Sally, and thank you for all that you do!"
