NW Business Awards 2023: Finalist

We are delighted to share with you that we have been shortlisted as a finalist at the 2023 North Worcestershire Business Awards.

Profit4 has been shortlisted for the Business Innovation of the Year award in recognition of our commitment to innovation and excellence that drives us to push the boundaries of what's possible in the world of specialist ERP software for stockists and distributors. Other elements of our cloud-based platform that made us stand out from over 40 other entries in this category was Profit4's cloud-based environment and modern, intuitive user experience that enables customers to benefit from bringing best of breed solutions together across all areas of the business tied together through a single interface and delivering seamless communication and more efficient operational management.

We are also thrilled that we have been shortlisted for the Best Use of Technology award for our innovative use of AI-powered video technology which has revolutionised our customer onboarding and engagement. Our desire to complement traditional face-to-face training with easily accessible self-learning tools led to the development of our Profit4 Onboarding Portal, a dedicated customer platform, developed in-house offering on-demand training sessions using AI video technology coupled with online assessments to manage and monitor individual customer learning progress.
