“It was OK when we were getting small numbers of orders a day,” says the Director. “But, as we grew, it just wasn’t scalable as processes were too manual and mistakes were being made”.

Since installing OGL’s Warehouse Management System, Chelmsford can now pick, pack, process returns, scan goods and perform stock counts in record time.
“The Warehouse Management System has become an invaluable part of our business. Having this in place has helped us to improve order accuracy by reducing picking and shipping errors."
"Being able to assign barcodes to products and locations with our barcode scanners has also helped to accelerate our stock activity."
"We now have over 150,000 items available for next-day delivery, which would not have been possible before implementing OGL’s Warehouse Management System. Additionally, we now do a perpetual stock take, so we no longer need to shut down, saving precious time”.

“The website has been massive for us and 45% of our sales now come in from our website. Using the online portal, customers can check the status of their orders without emailing or calling in. We have also listened to our customers and tailored our website to them. Customers can now select and order their own clothing from a bespoke pre-selected wardrobe, tailored entirely around their needs.”
