I review every software support contract for every customer to ensure they get value. We also collaborate a lot in the software department to compile tailored solutions for customers, be it training plans, integrations into other supporting packages or website developments.

Can’t remember, I’ve been here too long! I worked for a window manufacturing company when OGL cold called us and I kept the business card as I was in the process of moving house to Stourport and wanted a job closer to home.
