What we’re looking for…

A natural people person who can forge long lasting working relationships with customers and enjoys being their trusted advisor and their ‘go to’ when it comes to advice about their software solution and services.

Are you tired of selling the same old software?

Do you have ERP or business software experience, and relish the opportunity to join a dynamic and growing business that continually invests in its software solutions to meet the ever-changing needs of their customers? Does excellent customer service and retention always sit at the forefront of your approach?

If so, we may just have the perfect opportunity for you!

Your opportunity to make a real impact…

We are looking for a customer-focused individual who can fulfil a sales role within our Customer Success Team as an Account Manager. Our Customer Success Team has a blend of Account Managers, who are the primary point of contact and advocate of our portfolio of products and solutions, to ensure our customers are maximising their software experience and usage of the solutions within their business, and our Transition Sales Team, who work with existing customers (who use our prof.ITplus system) and demonstrate the exciting features and functionality of our newest ERP solution, Profit4, and support them in their decision to transition to the new system.

With over 600 existing customers across the UK and a growing customer base, this is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking for their next sales role. You will be working alongside other experienced Customer Success Managers and Sales Consultants who will support your integration into the team and handover of accounts. • Knowledge of software implementation & training.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carrying out at least quarterly visits with our customers to support their requirements, which will involve UK travel, some overnight stays and the need for excellent planning to optimise your days seeing multiple customers where geographically possible.
