Are you passionate about solving problems for customers and providing exceptional support? If so, we’re looking for a customer-focused Infrastructure Engineer to join our Infrastructure Services Team.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality technical support for our ERP products and its supporting infrastructure, resolving Linux and infrastructure-related incidents, managing escalations, and owning issues through to resolution. The role is firmly support-led, with success measured by service quality, reliability, and customer outcomes rather than project delivery.

This position has a strong emphasis on Linux-based systems, and you will be expected to demonstrate confidence in troubleshooting, maintaining, and supporting Linux servers and services across cloud and on-premise environments, including monitoring, backup verification, patch management and basic automation.

The primary focus of this role is customer infrastructure support. You will act as a key escalation point for Linux and infrastructure-related incidents, working closely with the Software Support Team to diagnose, resolve, and prevent recurring issues. You will take ownership of incidents from initial investigation through to resolution, ensuring clear communication and effective outcomes for customers. The role may occasionally involve supporting internal IT or installation activities.
