We are looking for an adaptable administration professional who can support driving projects forward while being the essential co-ordinator for our Software ERP delivery team. You'll provide admin support to projects from start to finish, including co-ordinating schedules, emails and resources, handling logistics, and being the person who provides support to our Delivery Team to keep both projects and customers moving in the right direction. 

This role is ideal for someone who understands the value of organisation, communication, and problem-solving. You recognise that great project outcomes rely on strong administrative foundations. You’re comfortable managing complex diaries, preparing reports, and communicating on behalf of the team. We need someone who embraces this responsibility, is a team player, and takes pride in their work.

The Role 

The Project Services Co-ordinator focuses on supporting the delivery of Profit4 ERP implementations for our existing customers to Profit4. Reporting to the Head of Delivery, you’ll oversee the smooth coordination of installations and project activities, ensuring customers receive excellent service and clear communication throughout their journey and supporting our Project Leaders.‍


What you’ll be doing

Installations

  • Co-ordinating the planning and delivery of installations for our customers, working closely with the Installations Team and other stakeholders. This includes confirming installation dates, ordering equipment and scheduling surveys.
  • Maintaining clear, accurate documentation of installation progress and proactively resolving routine issues.
  • Escalating complex installation challenges or delays to the Project Leader and the Installations Team.

Project Co-ordination

  • Supporting Project Leaders in mapping out project plans, timelines, and milestones for implementations.
  • Managing diaries, emails and schedules across the project team to ensure efficient resource allocation.
  • Preparing and maintaining project documentation, ensuring timely customer sign-off on key deliverables.
  • Facilitating communication between internal teams and customers to ensure alignment and smooth project delivery.
  • Monitoring project progress via time logs and project notes, and raising risks or issues promptly to relevant stakeholders.
What we are looking for
  • Experience in a customer-focused role, ideally involving project co-ordination, installations, or technical delivery.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence in dealing with customers, colleagues, and third parties.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple schedules, tasks and priorities.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Competent with Microsoft Office and other common business tools.
