Are you ready to support high-impact projects and help businesses thrive?

We are looking for an organised, highly experienced and proactive project co-ordination professional to help drive projects forward and act as the Senior Project Co-ordinator within our Software Delivery team. You'll co-ordinate projects from start to finish, including schedules, emails, resources and logistics, and support our Project Executives and Project Leaders to keep complex projects and customers moving in the right direction.

This role is ideal for someone who understands the value of organisation, communication and problem solving. You recognise that great project outcomes rely on strong administrative foundations. You're comfortable managing complex diaries, preparing reports and communicating on behalf of the team. Proactively chasing customers for outstanding information, sign-offs and approvals will be second nature, following up persistently but diplomatically, and escalating where necessary to avoid delays. You are tenacious and able to spot potential issues early and help find solutions.

As Senior Project Co-ordinator, you'll take ownership of the co-ordination of a portfolio of complex projects, working alongside the Project Executives and Project Leaders to drive delivery. You'll be the first point of escalation for our Project Co-ordinator, providing day-to-day guidance and support. You'll bring structure and consistency to how we run projects and play a key role in improving our project processes as we grow.

If you're organised, proactive and ready to play a key rolein supporting our team and our customers to succeed, this could be the perfectrole for you.

The role

The Senior Project Co-ordinator supports the delivery of Profit4 ERP implementations. Reporting to the Head of Delivery, you'll oversee the smooth co-ordination of installations and project activities, ensuring customers receive excellent service and clear communication throughout their journey.

You'll support our Project Executives and Project Leaders and act as the escalation point for the Project Co-ordinator.

What you’ll be doing

Project co-ordination

  • Supporting Project Executives and Project Leaders in mapping out project plans, timelines and milestones for implementations.
  • Scheduling project resource, managing diaries, emails and availability across the project team to ensure efficient resource allocation.
  • Preparing and maintaining project documentation, ensuring timely customer sign-off on key deliverables.
  • Producing customer communications such as project updates, go-live timelines and key date summaries.
  • Facilitating communication between internal teams and customers to ensure alignment and smooth project delivery.
  • Deputising for Project Executives and Project Leaders when required.

Team support & escalation

  • Acting as the first point of escalation for the Project Co-ordinator, providing day-to-day guidance and resolving issues before they reach the Project Executives, Project Leaders or Head of Delivery.
  • Supporting the allocation and prioritisation of co-ordination work so that workload and deadlines are balanced.
  • Quality-checking project documentation, plans and customer communications produced by the co-ordination team.
  • Providing cover for the Project Co-ordinator during absence.

Reporting, risk & commercial

  • Monitoring project progress via time logs and project notes and producing regular status reports with RAG ratings.
  • Maintaining risk, issue and action logs, and raising risks or issues promptly to relevant stakeholders.
  • Tracking project resources against budget and flagging out-of-scope requests to the Project Executives and Project Leaders.
  • Supporting milestone signoffs that trigger customer invoicing.

Process improvement

  • Developing and improving project templates, tools, diary management procedures and ways of working across the team.
  • Bringing consistency to how projects are run, so customers receive the same quality of experience on every project.
