Work Remotely with OGL

We can work with you remotely

In uncertain times, we’re adapting the way we work to continue to provide support to our customers and those businesses that need us.
Following the Government’s advice on social distancing, the OGL Team is working from home like many of our customers and businesses across the UK.

However, this has no effect on the customer support and our usual services that we offer. Our Product Consultants, Support Teams, Trainers and Account Managers across our three divisions can work with you and support you remotely.

Software, IT & Cyber Consultations

Our product experts, across all divisions, are available for telephone calls, video meetings and online demonstrations of our products and services, so you can still work with us to find your best technology solution.

Please get in touch here for any information regarding our ERP Software, IT Solutions and Cyber Service.

To help make life a little easier, we’re offering short-term, flexible retainer-based contracts on our IT solutions and cyber security services to give you peace of mind. Plus, if you purchase your Office 365 subscription through us, we will monitor your accounts, looking for indicators of security compromises and respond to any suspicious behaviour, free of charge for the next 3 months. Our Support Teams are contactable in the usual way and will be available to take your calls and fix issues remotely. We understand this time can be stressful, and there’ll be lots of changes to the way your teams are working, but we’re here to support you and keep your business up and running.

Our Software Trainers and Web Development teams are also working “as normal” from home which means, whilst your training sessions or meetings may be remote, we are still working hard to make sure your ERP software and website is implemented successfully.

We’re also offering our existing customers free Incident Response for the next 3 months. This gives you the confidence that there are experts on hand to remotely respond to any cyber incident, should they occur while you have people working outside of the office.

Stay safe, stay in.
