To help make life a little easier, we’re offering short-term, flexible retainer-based contracts on our IT solutions and cyber security services to give you peace of mind. Plus, if you purchase your Office 365 subscription through us, we will monitor your accounts, looking for indicators of security compromises and respond to any suspicious behaviour, free of charge for the next 3 months. Our Support Teams are contactable in the usual way and will be available to take your calls and fix issues remotely. We understand this time can be stressful, and there’ll be lots of changes to the way your teams are working, but we’re here to support you and keep your business up and running.
Our Software Trainers and Web Development teams are also working “as normal” from home which means, whilst your training sessions or meetings may be remote, we are still working hard to make sure your ERP software and website is implemented successfully.
We’re also offering our existing customers free Incident Response for the next 3 months. This gives you the confidence that there are experts on hand to remotely respond to any cyber incident, should they occur while you have people working outside of the office.
