TF Solutions started trading over two decades ago, in 2001, and began life as a tool and fastener distributor, but quickly found a gap in the market for a dedicated distributor of air conditioning and refrigeration products and parts.
Since then the company has experienced significant levels of growth and is now one of the leading distributors in its field. TF Solutions hold vast quantities of stock and promises free next day delivery to its customers using their own fleet of delivery vehicles.
TF Solutions employs over 100 staff across its 5 sites (Leeds, Burton-on-Trent, Stockport, Glasgow & Birmingham), and has been using OGL Software since May 2012.

Prior to the installation of OGL Software, TF Solutions were operating two systems, one for stock management and one for accounting.
"We wanted to bring our two previous software systems together and have a user-friendly package that enabled easy access to information and reporting. Until 2012, when we invested in OGL Software, our systems were disjointed and some processes remained manual and not integrated with other business processes. It led to inefficiency. We were, and are, striving for impeccable customer service and knew that we needed to invest in a new software system if we were to meet our company goals and ambitions.

A recent customer satisfaction survey conducted by TF Solutions found that 93% of their customers think TF Solutions provide excellent customer service, which has been attributed, in no small part, to the company's promise for free next-day delivery by its own fleet of delivery vehicles.
"Offering this level of customer service sets us apart in the market," explains Paul. "We rely on OGL Software to allow us to deliver this service. OGL Software tells us at the click of a few buttons what our stock levels are, current pricing, customer order history and a whole host of other information crucial to getting customers what they want and when they want it."
TF Solutions have expanded significantly in recent years and now has 32,000 sq. ft. of warehousing which houses around £650,000 worth of stock at any one time.
Managing an operation of this size would be nigh on impossible with anything other than fully integrated business software.
"We have big plans for TF Solutions and are confident that OGL Software will help us get there and would certainly recommend the system to other organisations looking for a professional solution," summarised Paul.
At the beginning of 2015 OGL was delighted to hear that TF Solutions had been shortlisted in the prestigious National ACR Awards for Wholesaler/Distributor of the Year and Best Marketing Campaign.
The shortlisting came following a hugely successful year for the air conditioning and refrigeration distributor which saw them achieve record-breaking sales after launching their forward-thinking ‘Ice Men' marketing and PR campaign.
The company's recent successes have been attributed to its incredibly hard-working teams of staff and their dedication to offering their customers the very best customer service in the industry.
