Prior to implementing Profit4, Fix247 were running their business on Sage 50 software, which was no longer fit for purpose.

First steps

“The system is used by our 10 sales staff to access information such as product codes, prices, customer spend etc. It is used to process all sales and purchase orders by the admin and purchasing teams as well as checking stock value and levels. It is also used by our bookkeeper, who works remotely, to do all the invoicing and credit control.”
