International Door Controls were looking to switch software because of its legacy software's efficiency and reliability concerns. The company was looking to modernise its software and business operations to stay competitive in the industry.

“However, the project management and training provided by OGL was well organised and took place over an adequate time scale. We were provided with test company data on the new server well ahead of go live which gave the staff time to become familiar and proficient in OGL Software to fulfil their particular function.

“We felt well prepared for go live but it was also great to have the support of our Training Consultant on site with us for the first couple of days to get used to the new system.

“Inevitably, there were a few occasions, after Go Live, where we required input from Software Support, but queries were quickly dealt with to avoid any impact on the business during the completion of the learning phase.”
