At OGL, I’m responsible for…

Taking calls from customers who have problems with prof.ITplus, dealing with third parties and being the first line that customers interact with.

The thing I’m most proud of in my job is.…

The people I work with, the entire team around me is amazing. They are always extremely helpful and patient. When I first started here, I fit in straight away and got along with everyone.

People may not know that in my role…

I stay in regular contact with our sales, delivery, and development team so we are all aware of what is going on, which enables us to provide the best customer service that we can.

Before OGL I…

Worked at Sainsbury’s in various departments. During lockdown this job was extremely helpful as nowhere was hiring. Luckily, I had the job before the pandemic hit. I was also attending sixth form at Wolverley at the same time, studying Sport and Business.

What I like most about working at OGL is…

Speaking to lots of different people all day, every day. I love interacting with new people and this job provides that for me. No two customers are the same, but that just makes the job more interesting.

The best career advice I’ve been given…

“If you’re going to do a job, do it properly.”

When I was growing up, I wanted to be…

A footballer at first - now I play in Sunday league. Then I think I wanted to be a police man.

Away from the office you’ll find me…

Either in the gym, playing football somewhere or in the pub.
