OGL is thrilled to receive the award for "Employer of the Year" at the first-ever North Worcestershire Business Awards.
Emma Porter and Sharon Moreno attended the first-ever North Worcestershire Business Awards ceremony at Hogarths Stone Manor Hotel last week, launched by North Worcestershire Economic and Regeneration (NWedR) and North Worcestershire Business Leaders (NWBL) to celebrate businesses across the region.
"The awards were launched to showcase the fabulous businesses we have operating across Bromsgrove, Redditch and Wyre Forest districts", said Jane Doyle, NWedR.
Emma Porter, who submitted our nomination said: "Winning this award is a great achievement and testament to the work we have been doing to ensure that all our staff feel valued and have a modern and supportive environment in which to work. It's been a good season for awards having been voted "Large Employer of the Year" at the Worcestershire Apprenticeship Awards at the end of 2018, then nominated by the All-Party Corporate Responsibility Group as "Responsible Business Champion" in the Summer of 2019."
